What the platform is

The Vehris platform is a real-time data layer for automotive retail: one live record for every VIN, maintained continuously. Not a copy of a stock file. A reconciled, continuously updated record of every car — its availability, its real specification with matching images, its location and status, and the pricebook it is costed against. Not one price for that car, but every price and weekly payment it can be offered at: for each dealer who could sell it, in each postcode it could be delivered to. Behind each one, the dealer cost and any support and fleet payments that apply. And once a car reaches a dealer, the record carries demonstrator-specific detail, including its current kilometres, registration date and registration number.

Where do I start?
You start by providing us with three pieces of information: your national stock feed, your pricebook and your image library. We do the rest, and that alone is enough to run stock and pricing. Add your finance campaigns and guaranteed future values, and every eligible car carries a weekly payment. Add tactical support and fleet programmes, and true retained profit is known on every quote and negotiated offer. The platform grows as your services do.

After that the platform is configured and activated, ready to power your next service. What that looked like
A brand already running two Vehris services asked for VIN-exact dealer drive-away pricing with weekly payments on its own website. It had API credentials inside 24 hours and its website agency integrated the third service in under a working week.
What we need from you
You already have everything the platform needs.
For most of it, we join a distribution list that already exists.
Send what exists — in whatever form, however fragmented, by whatever method suits you. Format and connection are our problem, not yours. Most of it already circulates on a scheduled distribution list. Images need access, not work: credentials for your build configurator, or the library you already hold. Nothing in these feeds is personal information, and your dealers already have all of it. Live in 30 business days from confirmed receipt of your data.
Nothing new to build.
Data is exchanged under our standard data sharing agreement. We send it with our first response — before you send us anything — so your legal and procurement teams can start in parallel.
What it costs
We include it with your first Vehris service.
The platform is a managed service: already live and running, protected and continuously improved, at our cost. A Vehris service is how you put it to work, so the platform carries no separate price. One platform powers one Vehris service or all of them, and is never charged twice — which is why a service bundle costs less than the same services priced as standalone.
